How to create a list of popular posts

  Does anyone know how to create a list of posts that are most popular to you, from your company blog? Of course, to each person this list could be different, but basically it would entail having an option or link you click on to select that post so it comes up under a favourite posts list. When you later want to refer to your list you can do so easily at the click of a button and select any of your favourite posts or the ones you use the most. Thanks!

  There is the top posts widget, but that is based on popularity for the past 24 hours.

  You will have to do it manually with a text widget.
