How to create a menu bar if my theme says it only supports one menu?

  I currently have “Bueno” as my theme but it says it only supports 1 menu. How can I add menus? I’d like to have a menu bar across the top or side. Is there a way to do this? Or do I have to get a different theme? The photo of Bueno shows a menu bar. Thanks!
