  how to create a primary post on my home in my website? mine is 3.8.6 something version.. anyway i use expound theme!

  Follow the instructions in this link to set up a static front page (which you already have seem to have done with your addeenwellness site, setting the About page as the homepage).

  That should clear things up for you, but if you need further help, could you give us the url of the site you’re talking about? The site you linked (addeenwellness.wordpress.com) does not use Expound theme, so I assume you are working on another.
