Hi there,
I’m not quite sure what you’re looking for. Are you thinking about advertising? or maybe just a donation button?
Please note that advertising is not allowed on WordPress.com besides our WordAds program. You can check that out here.
WordPress.com is not really set up for bloggers who want to monetize their blogs. Switching to a self-hosted WordPress site might be a good idea if that is something that you find to be of crucial importance.
This guide will help you through the process of moving to WordPress.org.
As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site, including the import, must be taken to the WordPress.org support community here.
If youd like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. You can find more information about that here.
I’m not sure if this could be an option, but you can add a Paypal “buy now” or donation button. You can read more about this here.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Hello gracejiyoung,
thanks for your reply. What I meant is: I would like that some of my posts would be “private”, so only the users that will pay a fee can be enabled to read them (i.e. a monthly subscription).
How can I create these private posts, avoiding the function to setup a password? (I know this is already a possibility).
Thanks a lot for your patience.
Kind Regards

Hi there,
If you want to do that it would be best to move to self-hosted on WordPress.org. It wouldn’t be possible here on WordPress.com. Please review my previous email on moving to self-hosted.
Thank you!
