How to create a "Synced Block" or "Excerpt Block"?

Hi WordPress Community,
I am trying to find a plugin that will let me define text (rich text is a plus) in one area (like settings) and then let me embed that text in any page. Then, if I change the text in the settings, it will be automatically reflected everywhere that snippet has been placed.
This is similar to the “Synced Block” in Notion or “Excerpt Block” in Atlassian Confluence.
Is there such a plugin for WordPress? I found a plugin called “Text Snippet”. That does almost everything I want, but unfortunately, it only inserts the raw text as-is and changes to the text made in the settings page does not update the text in pages that it is already in.
