How to create a tags sidebar

  When I am creating a post, I can’t seem to add a tags sidebar to my dashboard so I can add tags to my post. How do I do this? Thanks!

  You have to create tags. They are in the sidebar to the right of the Write Post box. You can see the location on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/tags/

  What you have to do is go to “screen options” & check the tags box. Not intuitive!
