  How Can I use the plugin widget like the ‘ login/logout/redirect’ as the following Youtube channel demonstrate it.( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vv3enfy00No) .Why I did not see the the function in my WP setting icon. I use the free version now. Should I upgrade to have this widget?

  Plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com. There are many different membership plugin options that you can use on self-hosted WordPress sites (also called WordPress.org).

  To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted), take a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Many thanks your quick precision answer.

  Now, I know the fact that if I want to use these plugin in my WordPress website, I should go to the Hosting companies to use and install WP.
