How to create an email link from a post

  I’m trying to creat a link to an email address from a page of my blog and am not having any success. I’ve highlighted the name and clicked the link icon. When the dialogue box comes up I’m invited to put in a URL. I don’t understand this because what I want to insert is an email address! Help!

  Can we get a link to your wordpress.COM blog? And consider linking it in your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums

  @vivianpaige How many times a day do you have to say that? I hope you have it somewhere where you can just cut and paste.

  How many times? Way too many than if folks would read the sticky at the top. And no, I don’t cut & paste it.
