Would anyone happen to know if there is a place on the internet where one can learn how to animate a picture? And facilitates the process. I do not have any software that can do that. I only need simple things. An animated candle and some glitter on pictures I found…

Thanks mymyspacelayouts. I have a few clipart images that I wanted to give some disneyfication make-up. I wanted to animate a candle flame and put some sparkling glitter on them. I did not think that it would be so complicated…

I try to find the animations already done. Then I make them bigger because gifs are usually small. Then I add glitter and a border. This site is also cool. Get an account first:
They show after it’s all done the Blingee label at the bottom right. I later crop that out in exchange that they are on my blogroll.
