Hello,

Hi Kathrynwp,
Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I am configuring my new blog, Let Ancient Voices Speak (http://letancientvoicesspeak.wordpress.com) and want to use the Lovecraft theme.
The theme info page shows the menus displayed horizontally across the home page, which is what I want. However, now that I’ve added some pages to the menu to customize it, it only shows a drop down menu you have to click on to see the pages. Can I change this so it displays across the top of the home page and not as a drop down?

Hello @dewaynedulaney814118498,
Where do you see the dropdown? I am looking at your website, but I cannot find the dropdown on the menu – this normally happens if you add sub-menus.
Also, please create a new thread for your query, so we can better assist you.

staff-imahappyengineer,
@dewaynedulaney814118498 is referring to the three-bar icon that opens the primary menu when the site is viewed on smaller screens. On many responsive themes, the header area menu will change from a horizontal menu to a menu hidden behind a three-bar icon depending upon the size of the screen used to view the site.

You’re welcome. : )
And you correctly suggested at @dewaynedulaney814118498 start a new topic. It’s an unrelated issue. -

Rosepajaroja,
The menu icon I see is on the upper left, between the blog name subtitles and the header image. It is 3 black horizontal lines. When I click on it, it shows my pages menu, but vertically. I would like to have the menu showing rather than hidden and displayed horizontally.
I started a new thread with this yesterday. When I first wrote I didn’t find the Start New Topic button.

I’ve answered your most recent reply on the separate thread here:

Let’s continue troubleshooting over there. :)
