How to create CONTACT Us Page

  Hi,

  How do I create contact us page for my blog, where visitors can send their comments by First Last name, email ID, Country etc

  I need to create this page as individual.

  Create a new page and then along the top there will be three icons – “Add Media”, “Add Poll” and “Add custom form”. Click on add custom form.

  The form builder should pop up, it’s quite self explanatory, you can use it to customise the fields that you want to use.
