How to create coustum header in wordpress?

  Hi,

  Site: https://newzealandcasinos.nz/
  Problem: Beside the logo to the right i want to ad a banner/image

  But i dont just want to ad it and right align it. I want to ad it into divs or some better way so it is resposive.

  Anybody that knows how to do this in a wordpress site the best way? Big thanks in advance for all help.
