How to create dropdown menu on ultimatum theme?

  ^There’s a link to a screenshot I took of the website, I want to be able to make those squares go dark when hovered over, and create dropdown menus from them.

  Hi,

  What is the address (URL) of the site you are referring to?

  There is no Ultimatum theme in the WordPress.com Themes Showcase. If you’re referring to a third-party or custom theme, then does the site have the Business Plan upgrade? Third-party themes and plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com sites under the Business Plan.
