How to create feature post

Hi
I am new to wordpress and am using the tribal theme for my website. I like to change the feature item in this theme also i would like to know how to add feature item in this theme.I tried few other ways but there is no “Featured Image” is enabled in the “screen options” in this theme.

What is the URL of the site you need help with? The site linked to your username is using Splendio, not the Tribal theme, which we don’t have access to here on WordPress.com.
If you are talking about a site which is using the standalone WordPress software on 3rd party hosting, we can’t help you here. You’ll have to talk to either the theme author or seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/

i also submitted query to theme author but there is no more support there. -

You should probably look around at the theme designer’s site for some more information. They may have a forum or perhaps some documentation or what-have-you there.
