How to create individual memebship areas

    I have a user ” A ” and user ” B ” . I want user “A” to be able to access only page “Page A” and user “B” to access “Page B” after logging in. They SHOULD NOT be able to see each others pages. Is there a way to do this ( Moving to WP-MU is not an option ). I am using WP-3.2.1

    Any help would be truly appreciated ?
