  Hey,
  To create a menu/ navigation option in your header. You would need to go to Appearance – Editor – Patterns – Header – Select navigation in the create block option.

  Hello again,
  I just checked your theme and the process that you would need to follow to add a menu is a bit different. You can just go to Appearance and Menu.
