How to create my own theme on wordpress.com?

  Sorry, I want to create my own blog theme… I don’t want use one of theme list, although it’s cool…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot add or edit the themes here.

  You can, with the paid CSS upgrade and some experience with CSS, modify the CSS to change the look of the themes here, but not the underlying functionality.

  okay… Thanks… Maybe I use blogspot to place my blog… I want to use a customable blog.
