How to create (or modify) a page in order for it to become the landing page?

  How can I create a landing page (or modify an existing page for it to become one) for people clicking on my page link?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the page exists already, go to Settings->General (or it might be Settings->Reading) and select the landing page from the drop-down menu there.
