how to create pages that act as external links?

  I want to create pages that act as external links to my website and facebook page but I’m having problems doing so. I also would like to create drop down menus from some tabs at the top of my page but I’m not sure how to go about doing either of these things. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
