How to create pop up ads on links?

  I need to put pop up ads on all of my links.

  This is in an attempt to fund my time spent on the blog.

  How do I go about making sure the end user still gets to the original link but also has an ad pop up at the same time?

  You can not do this on WordPress.com! If you really want to earn from ads, download wordpress software, hire a webhost and try link-skimming. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/
