How to create same-page nav links?

  I’m creating an ‘About’ page and want to create a Contents list at the top of the page with items that will jump to the full text further down the same page. (I think they’re called “Page Navs”? If not, tell me and I can better search them on the FAQ’s).

  Any (relatively easy) suggestions for a new WP blogger with no CSS knowledge?

  Check the faq for ‘jump’ – that has what you need.
