How to create small youtube thumbnails in wp.com?

I want to show about 15 youtube video’s on the same page, so if they’re all standard previews, my page will become too long and nobody will scroll down that far…
I would like to create small youtube thumbnails for them.
I am using WordPress.com so I cannot install plugins for this like you see in Google search results. I hope that anyone can help me!

You mean actual videos in miniature size, or thumbnail images linking to other pages?
In both cases, arranged how? In rows? How many items per row?

Well, the thumbnail images need to be small. Then, when you clik on one, the video is the actual normal size.
they can be listed in a column…

You can’t make an image fetch the “normal size” video when clicked. You can either insert a series of images, each of which will link to a separate page with the video on it, or you can display the videos in small size and visitors can click the View in Full Screen button. And I don’t see the point of having small size images in one column.
Try this and see if you like it:

This will give you two downsized videos side-by-side. Repeat for the rest.

Thank you, this works!
I will see if this is the best way to present my video’s. The reason I want them to be small is that if I have 15 clips below each other (music clips), the page will get very long and I am afraid that clips on the bottom will not be viewed. With these small thumbnails there is less scrolling needed.

An other thing you could do is insert the videos in normal size and separate them using the nextpage tag:
