How to create sub sub menu and how to add plugin

Hi ok I am confused I have deleted my blog but I am thinking of getting a new one before I do I need to know how d I how do I create sub sub menu here is what I want
My Watches
— Watches
— Men’s Watches
— Ladies Watches
As you can see I am not just after a sub menu I want more than that so how can I do this?
Also how do I install plugins?
