How to create subpages?

Hi, I am trying to open a subdirectory (or subpage) under one of my pages: QUE OFRECEMOS. I have creaed it but it doesn´t show, what am I missing?
Second, I want to eliminate the comments box for the pages, but not for the blog entries, where do I do that? Thanks!!

There are two ways to create sub-pages but the best way is to create a custom menu and add your Pages and subpages to it.

Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.
Depending on the theme we use when we close comments a phrase like “comments closed” or a similar phrase may appear and if so, it can only be removed by CSS editing after purchasing a custom design upgrade. -

I already tried to disbale the comments in my pages following the instructions, but even if the comments box is unchecked in every page, the box is still visible.

Go to your Admin page top right hand corner and click screen options and then full accessibility mode. Then include these so these are not hidden:
Page – Page Attributes, Recommendations, Featured Image, Discussion, Comments, Slug, Author, Revisions
