How to create topics within individual forums where users can have discussion?

    Has anyone had any trouble creating individual topic threads within a forum for your followers to interact and have discussions?

    I set up three forums in last couple of months but inside them, I am unable to create topics like say ‘Who should replace Claude Puel?’ for example so my followers can go and have their say.

    Has anyone encountered this sort of issue and how can I resolve it so my followers can have discussions?
