how to create two header images?

Hello,
I am trying to create a custom header for my blog that will contain two images that are separately linked. In other words, have the logo for our org. link to the main org’s website, while keeping the blog title as a link to the blog home page. I’ve been told this can be done through editing my header.php file but am unsure how or where to access that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksRyan

The long answer:
That applies only to wordpress.ORG software installs. We cannot access let alone edit the HTML or PHP files let alone edit them on this multiuser blogging platform. Only staff can. the reason why is clear. All those using the same themes are iin essence using the same underlying templates at wordpress.com so any change made would affect all blogs wearing the same theme. Sorry. -

One last thing. How can I use wordpress.org if I already have a blog on wordpress.com. I wish that distinction was made clearer to me before, because now I’m realizing that a majority of the things I want to do require the software. So basically, is it transferable and how would I go about doing so?

The two are separate. After you hire a web host and set up a free software install from wordpress.ORG, and install your theme and plugins into it, then you can move your blog content from a wordpress.COM blog into a wordpress.ORG install very easily.This export file will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#toc
