I don’t want to add numeric value which conflict with date.
So, How can I get it done? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot modify the permalink structure at wordpress.com, and the structure you are wanting is actually the structure used for static pages which means you could end up with conflicts.
Why not just make that into a static page instead of a post? Would that work for you?

That’s fine. But, I want flat URL structure for all pages.
It can’t be done. WordPress.com uses a flexible scheme that is good for SEO and works for people who want to have multiple posts with the same name, for example some people might post something like “monthly summary” every month.

Oh… I am getting it… That number is creating partition between URLs in entire WordPress blog post. Thanks for prompt reply.

Thanks for your reply. I have registered WordPress blog for my website. I suppose to submit blog posts on different topics which are associated to my products. I am not trying to do marketing with WordPress blog. But, it may help me to provide good information to my customers. What you think about it? Does it really matter for suspension? -
Read the links I gave you carefully several times. I am not the staff just another blogger that helps in the forum from time to time. However judging from what I have seen people get in trouble when they have “reviews” that are fake and just intended to drive traffic to their real web site.
If you have concerns you should address them to the staff: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ – search for anything in the box then page down to the contact form.

His site is fine now – but I thought they had the potential to have some problems depending on exactly what they did with the blog – so rather than have someone tag their site for TOS after they did a bunch of work I thought giving them some info up front would be the nice thing to do.
