1. How do I post new posts on a new page (not in the comments section)? I purchased the ability to use css.
2. How do I change the name of my HOME page?

To answer each of your questions:
1. How do I post new posts on a new page (not in the comments section)?
Do you mean that you would like to change your posts page? For example, you can create a page titled “Blog” to which all of your posts can be published.
If so, you can do this by modifying your “posts page” in your Reading Settings (available via your Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading):
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/To simply add new posts to your blog, please go to your Dashboard -> Posts -> Add New. When you are ready to publish your post, click on the “Publish” button on the Add Post page.
2. How do I change the name of my HOME page?
You can change the name of your home page by going to your Dashboard -> Pages -> Add New. Here, create a new page with your desired homepage title.
Then, you will want to create a custom menu for your site so that you can include your new homepage in your site’s navigation bar. For instructions on creating a custom menu, please visit:

3. How can my posts & my reader’s comments display a thumbnail image in the icon next to comments?
To ensure that your commenters’ avatars appear in the comments section on your site, can you go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Discussion and make sure the radio button next to “Show Avatars” in “Avatar Display” is selected?
