We cannot edit the structure of permalinks at wordpress.com.
If you want to do that you will have to self-host a wordpress installation on a third-party hosting service such as dreamhost, bluehost, etc.
Also, be very careful about creating custom permalinks. I’ve been called in on several occasions to straighten out conflicts created by custom permalinks that make whole sections of content unreachable.

I see, our hosting is 1and1.
Because we already built a lot of inbound links, so we need to have the addresses exactly the same when transferring to wordpress.
Any good advice? Thanks. -
You are using domain forwarding from 1&1 – the blog is still hosted here so you can’t change the permalinks
