how to cut and paste old site into wordpress

  dear wordpress,

  I am having a very hard time using wordpress, since i am not very web savvy.
  I have a site up already, http://www.jaydancingbear.com. I basically want to cut and paste my site into wordpress and have my wordress site look exactly like my homepage. I am not finding a way to do this. Any suggestions?
