To remove all your personal information from your Account. Find here how to: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-settings/
To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/ and uncheck all the boxes.
To hide your Gravatar profile if you have created one, login and on the bottom right hand corner of your Gravatar profile page you will find a “hide” button visible only to you that you can click. http://en.gravatar.com/support/profile-privacy

There is no as such ‘Account deactivating’ option in setting.
To deactivate account, you need to follow steps given in the link below:

Where is the option settings please help me out by giving exampleYou’ll find the setting option here:
1) Click on ‘My sites’
2) Scroll the left section to the extreme bottom
3) You’ll see the ‘Settings’ option
