  How do I deactivate auto email notifications to my followers, but enable weekly subscriptions deliveries?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not your prerogative. Here your subscribers select how frequently they wish to receive your posts (instantly, daily, weekly, never).

  As timethief mentioned, individual subscribers to your site control how they want to subscribe to your site, including how often they get emails with updates from your site. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
