How to deactivate automatic draft Save?

    This is my first blog and I tried composing directly on the edit blog screen. Unfortunately, the autosave seems to kick in before I get a chance to decide if I like a textual change or not. At one point I tried to copy-paste and accidentally hit the “c” late, converting my entire highlighted text to the letter “c”. I managed to find the original blog text under Revisions, but could not return it to the main edit screen so I played it safe and retyped the whole thing in Word. Is there a way to turn off auto-Save in favor of saving manually? Also, is there a way to “Save As” in order to try two versions of a blog text before publishing?

    You cannot disable autosave. http://en.support.wordpress.com/autosave/

    Okay, thanks for letting me know. Guess I will compose in Word from now on.

    Here’s another question: I set my new blog to connect with Facebook, published the blog and see no sign of it on Facebook. A friend who has blogged on WordPress for years also says that his FB connection is still showing but no longer appears on FB. What’s going on?

    2. Try the full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-services

    Note: RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti can be used for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.
