  Anybody can tell how to deal with splogger?

  You can make a formal copyright complaint to GoDaddy, the hosting service that runs their server:

  scienceguide.net

  GoDaddy is usually quick to respond to valid copyright claims so there’s a good chance you’ll succeed.
