How to deep pingbacks out of the Comments?

  Is there a way to not have pingbacks show up in the Comments section in the sidebar?

  Is there a place in settings or preferences where I can deselect it or whatever??

  No I’m sorry there isn’t. You can stop self-pings if you wish from the links to earlier articles in your own blog that you link to in recent articles. However, you cannot prevent displaying the pingbacks from other sites that you have approved. They will display along with the comments and there is no option or setting that we can use to change that.

  OK, then that’s good to know. So I will continue to do what I have been doing: Going to the comment section and deleting the pingbacks. :-)
