How to definitely cancel domain and blog

I definitely, immediately and absolutely would like to cancel my domain and delete my blog. No refund, redirecting or transfer of data wanted. Please give a clear answer about how to proceed !!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to clarify, you’re referring to the Premium bundle and domain (tsasatu.net) associated with the site tsasatu.wordpress.com. Is that correct?
Please note, those purchases were made on 8/3/14 so you will not receive a refund (only within 30 days of purchase). However, if you would like to cancel these upgrades, just reply back to confirm!
Also, just a note, when the domain is cancelled, it will be returned to the registrar and may be purchased by someone else. If you would like to keep and use the domain, let me know!

Yes, I know I won’t get a refund for the cancellation, but I want to cancel the upgrades too.
No, I neither want to keep nor to use the domain. Please cancel it.
(And delete the blog/site as such. Is this included in the domain cancellation ?) -
