how to delet Categories page ?

  I am totaly NEW NEW NEW in editing ,,

  here is the link to my blog I am working on

  First Question:
  after you open it you will see that Categories on your left .. I would like to delete it combeletly .. how can I do that in step by step ?

  Second Question:
  on the top you can see the tabs ( Gallery , Sudan’s Dream , Sudan?? ) when you click on them, they just take you to a page inside the blog it self .. I would like to be able when I click on them to take me to some where else that I am making a different page for them in a different website , I mean as a link .. how can I do that in step by step ?
