How to delete a blog when password and email is unavailable

I created a wordpress site a few years ago, but I couldn’t remember my password and the email address I used for it is now disabled by my university. I created a new wordpress site to use but I would like to delete my old wordpress blog. How can I do this? The site I want to delete is kresak2j.wordpress.com. Currently I am using jenellekresak.wordpress.com. Thanks for your help.

Log out then use Account recovery – there are a bunch of questions you will need to answer and that will go to the account recovery group
