How to delete a blog when you have no tools

My blog was hacked – i have no dashboard, I have nothing. I want to delete the entire blog. how do i do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I want to add that I paid Blue Host over 300 dollars – this was barely a month ago, upgraded security to Site Lock once for 39 dlls, then upgraded to Site Lock for 108.00 per month to protect me with their ‘professional Service” and even after they received the money they didn’t act and I was hacked, completely.
Now I want to get as far away as I can from Word Press, Site Lock , Blue Host oh and there was another one I paid like 60 dollars for – through Blue Host something called Brute Force.
Nothing worked.
I have nothing, no dashboard, nothing it is all gone. I have no tools, nothing it is all gone.
I want my blog deleted and taken off of Word press, i don’t want to have anything to do with you people.
so send me an email, and get my blog off the internet and away from you, the whole thing. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I have been up for over 24 hours pulling my hair out, with all this expensive technology and cost and nothing worked. they promised me at Site lock i would be safe – they took my money and did not initiate anything. After giving them the money, the hack began 24 hours later and they did nothing. We sat and watched the “visitors” on blue host just destroying all codes, everything and no one would help. not one single person. No communication, it was outrageous. As a matter of fact, i just checked into Blue host and the blog is still being destroyed, page by page code by code picture by picture.
since i have no tools Word Press, then you do it Word Press – you can contact me I want that blog down.
I am really angry about this.

Since you paid Blue Host for hosting – you are not hosted here and there is nothing anyone here can do to help
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

Well, I went there and they told me I don’t exist. I have requested that blue host take the blog down – of course I want to end that relationship and get a refund.
As we are sitting here, even with all the added costly security my blog is being plundered, pretty soon I am sure the hackers will start to inject porn. already text has been changed and modified, comments removed, links broken you name it.
I need some help, and I need to get that blog down fast.
But I don’t exist.

and, BTW when i click the “help’ buttton it direct me here to Word Press.com – not Word press.org – that is how bad this hack is.

Well – when you page down to the bottom of http://drugwarchroniclesbajacalifornia.com/ – you will see “Powered by WordPress & Themegraphy” – the WordPress has a link to WordPress.ORG – that is where you need to get help – The staff here DO NOT have access to your blog and they can not help you
If you were really hosted here your only issue would be how someone got your email log-in (that is how most blogs here are compromised)

PS – when you get your blog fixed and such – since you have no ads on our site – you might think about moving your blog here – you can map the existing domain name to a blog here – the security is good and the staff take care of the server security issues – and it costs less here – even with an upgrade or two

I was told at Word Press.org that I do not exist. No such blog exists, no such email, no such anything. This is how bad the hack is. Seven years of hard work, I am fed up. never again.

An account at WordPress.ORG is NOT related to your blog account and neither are related to your account here. To get help from WordPress.ORG you need to open an account there.
Please read the links I gave above
WordPress.ORG is not a host, they are the keepers of the software you are using and provide support for the software
I have also flagged this for the staff to help – but they will tell you the same thing I have.
The WordPress.ORG software is very very secure, someone might have gotten in through a bad Plugin, or gotten your log in details when you did not use a secure (https) log-in or a virus on your PC

I’m very sorry to hear about your blog. As auxclass mentioned, since that blog was hosted with Bluehost and not WordPress.com there’s not much the support staff here at WordPress.com can do to help you with the blog itself.
Since that blog was linked to WordPress.com with Jetpack, I can remove the blog from your WordPress.com My Blogs page if you don’t want it linked from here. Just let me know if you’d like me to do that for you.
I’d also recommend that you contact Bluehost support for assistance recovering your blog. Since they are your host, they will have more access to your hosting account and blog there. You can find the Bluehost help center here: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help
