How to delete a blog without username or log in password

  I created a blog with Word Press ages ago with my previous work email. I no longer work at the company and so do not have access to that email anymore.
  I want to delete – or at least make private – the website:
  https://derekbaldwin.wordpress.com

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
   
  We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

  However, I’ve gone ahead and set the blog to private so that search engines and users can’t access it. This is the most we can do without proof of ownership.
