How to delete a post in the forum??

  Well, I posted a link for one of my blog posts in the Arabic forum just for people to see it, then it turned into a dirty debate that I don’t want to get into!! Is there a way to delete the post in the forum??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
