How to delete a registered domain

    I am trying to register a subdomain for our company’s current blog; however, I receive an error message when I try to register it, stating:
    “Other subdomains of this domain are registered to another user at WordPress.com so you can’t use it for your site. Only that user can register other subdomains.”

    I asked our webmaster, and apparently he created another wordpress account connected to our website many years ago. I have the log-in information for that old account, but cannot find where to delete that account’s association with our website so that I can register a subdomain for our current blog.
