how to delete a second website from an account

  my own website is being linked to the church’s account. i opened up that account when i helped them years ago. they were supposed to replace that email account with their own.
  now i discovered that when i added jetpack that it added to that account. Help! i am no longer connected to the church. And I cannot open a new account because my email is in use. so how do: 1. delete the my website from that account. 2. i will need to get another email address but then do i have to deactive jetpack and start all over again? need guidance, please. thank you.
