How to delete a separate page for image?

  I uploaded few icons on my WordPress site. Google has indexed my site along with separate page for each of those individual icons. The page shows:

  image_name
  By admin | Published November 29, 2010 | Full size is 128 × 128 pixels | Edit

  Image..

  How do I delete this page?

  The page also displays the following:
