How to delete a static page

http://www.thomsonpark.wordpress.com. I need to edit or delete the first page, which is called “Home”.

All of the pages on your site can be found here:
https://wordpress.com/pages/thomsonpark.wordpress.com
Or click on My Sites – Site – Pages
From there you can edit, or even delete them if needed.
I hope that helps. Write back if more help is needed.

Yes, that show all pages except the one in question, which is a static page, the 1st one on the site.

There is no page on your site titled Home.
Are you speaking of the Home link in the menu? That link goes to your site’s front page, which lists all your posts (though you only have one, https://thomsonpark.wordpress.com/2010/06/01/test-website-and-blog/)
You can remove that link from the menu, but then it won’t be possible for someone to get back to your front page if they’ve viewed another page on the site, so I wouldn’t recommend that.
If you don’t want that post to appear on your front page, you can instead set a static page as your site’s front page, then the Home link in the menu will go to that page instead:
If you’re sure you want to completely remove that menu link, then you’ll have to create a custom menu. With a custom menu you control what appears in the menu, so then you can only add the pages to it that you want.

Thanks for helping me out. All I’m trying to do is edit the front page you mention https://thomsonpark.wordpress.com/2010/06/01/test-website-and-blog/. I simply need to change the email address at the bottom, which is no longer valid. I’ve been able to make the change on all other pages, but not the front page. How can I edit the text on that page?

As that page is the page where you place your posts you can find it under “posts” in your sidebar rather than under “pages”.
