how to delete a table

  I copied and pasted a whole document into my new blog page…. I CANNOT delete the tables. I´ve tried everything… so my question is, How do you delete a table from WordPress?

  I cannot believe I had to contact tech support because I cannot delete a table… I really hope this is going to be my mistake and not a design issue.
