how to delete account

    Hi. Im trying to delete my account and all the information, but wjen i try to do this, there is message thhat i need to cancel my upgrades first. But i have no upgrades, no domain connected right now, no nothing. What’s the problem?

    Have you ever purchased a “never expiring” premium theme? A member of staff is required to remove them. I have added the modlook tag to ask if someone could assist you in due course.
