how to delete an account but not the site?

  Hi there! I have found out that I have created two accounts for the same site, but I wanna delete one account as two accounts make me feel confused and annoyed. I have searched some information but all of it is just telling me how to delete a site, but not an account. Is there any method to delete an account? Thanks a lot!
