How to delete an account of a ‘hacked’ site/link

  When I ask to delete the account, it doesn’t obey that command. The accountlink is absorbed by others. I have a new website, but cant manage to get rid of the old website. So I want to stop this account, but I cant because there’s a connection and the old site is still working with all our purchased stuff. What can I do to stop that?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  If I try to delete the account, a message appears: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection. But that isn’t possible because I can’t reach the old website anymore. I don’t want to pay for anymore, other people are using the old website.
