  But since there is nothing in either of those sites, then what exactly do you want to do?

  Deleting the site itself means that neither you nor anyone else will ever be able to use the site address ever again.

  Really? The name and tag line isn’t right. I tried changing it before, that is how I ended up with two. Word press seems not to be as user friendly for the novice as I thought

  Natural Hair Care Share
  Not:
  naturalhaircareshare

  Also I need to take the tag line from the first site and put in the second one.

  You don’t need to delete your site and “start over” to change this. You can change your site’s Title and Tagline in Dashboard>Settings>General.

  I delected my site in the past, I was new in wordpress and didn’t know how to work with it.
  it’s not possible to reactivate the address again?

  The answer is no. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
